Your Attachment Style Impacts Your Happiness
Discover how your earliest connections shape how you react today.
Meet Gogi Hale, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate* now open in Dripping Springs and serving Driftwood, Oak Hill, South Austin, Wimberley, and Blanco.
My goal is to help you become more positively connected with yourself and those you love, to build better skills in handling life’s challenges, and to help you find purpose and meaning that leads to increased happiness.
You cannot erase what has happened in your past, but you can TAKE LIFE BACK, rediscover your purpose, and pursue your dreams. Don’t let substance abuse, grief, depression, anxiety, or difficult relationships ruin the good in your life. There is a path forward… and you don’t have to go it alone.
If this is your first time in therapy, I can help you honor your past – recognize its impact and come to peace with it – and when you are ready, help you to make life-affirming changes. If, however, this is not your first rodeo but you are still feeling stuck and unable to move toward your deepest goals, I can help you by providing specific skills that will create that desired positive-forward movement.
What to Expect in Therapy with Gogi Hale, LPC-A
I have a calm and easy-going demeanor which often makes people feel at ease around me. I am not here to judge you, but listen, “see you,” and understand. I have learned through my own road to happiness that the first step is to go inward, learn self-acceptance, and then practical skills that can put you in control of your own happiness. You are never too old to begin this journey to move forward directly into using the simple and remarkably useful skills that can lead you to find your purpose, and that can fill the empty feeling so many people hold deep within.
We will focus on the goals you want to achieve in therapy, and I will be your accountability partner. I believe in working with a plan that we collaborate on together – where your pace and ability to dive into your issues determine when goals can be reached.
I welcome you into my cozy psychotherapy office in Dripping Springs or to schedule a tele-therapy session anywhere in Texas.
